I am looking for someone to help me create a working prototype of a web application for managing vehicle maintenance. The prototype should show the main features and how the app can be used. The freelancer will have the following tasks:

- Design the look and feel of the prototype
- Develop the necessary parts to make the prototype work
- Test the prototype to make sure it works correctly
- Keep stakeholders updated on progress

Site structure:
1. Login
- Each user will have access to the management system through a username and password.
2. Vehicles
- New vehicle / Edit vehicle form
- Maintenance and Expenses
3. Balance of costs
- Add new expense record form
- Add fuel load form
4. Stock / Spare Parts Inventory
- Add new spare parts record form
5. Notifications
- Add new notification form

Skills needed:
- Web app development
- Designing user interfaces
- Developing both the front and back ends
- Testing and making sure things work well
