I need someone to build out my website
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am a freelance writer who has worked on Fiverr for over a year. I have a few clients that I work with through email and now I would like to take my services off Fiverr and work entirely on my own. I have purchased my own domain and Wordpress site through Bluehost, but I have no idea what I'm doing. I need a professional website to advertise my freelance writing services.
At the moment, my main concern is that I want my current clients to be able to tell their friends about me by sharing my website with them. My long-term goal is to gain new clients through my website, but right now I'm really just focused on having a nice website that tells people what I do and how to reach me, while also sharing a portfolio of writing samples.
I've created the pages that I want (home, what I do, portfolio, praise, FAQ, and contact) but I truly have no idea what I'm doing and want someone who can customize the website for me and make it look both unique and professional. I'm looking for someone who can create a nice and cohesive theme for the website, while optimizing each of these sections for me. I can create the written content, but I'm hoping for someone else to do all the 'website building' aspects that need to be done.
For example, I would like to be able to provide the builder with my writing samples and then have them convert them into linkable PDFs that can be shared on my website by clicking on a photo or link. I'm hoping to find someone who has built out websites for other freelance writers and can take the reigns on optimizing my site, since I don't know what I'm doing here.
Finally, I would ideally like this person to also be able to create a simple but nice-looking logo for my website using my site name. I don't need anything crazy fancy, just a basic website to share with my clients that looks good and is easy to understand.
