I need an sms software..vonage,aircall.io,or liondesk etc sender

I am in need of an experienced software developer to create an SMS software that will allow me to send marketing SMS messages. I prefer to use Vonage as the platform for sending the messages.

Key Requirements:
- Experience with Vonage platform
- Ability to integrate the software with other platforms
- Automated responses feature
- Scheduled messages feature

The software should be able to handle less than 1,000 SMS messages per month.
