I need a simple shopify website

I am in the process of starting a new enterprise and need to create an online store. I have an idea of how I would like my website to look and have the design concept already developed. The store will have between 1-10 product pages for customers to browse. As such, I am looking to hire a skilled freelancer to build my shopify website. The successful applicant will need to be knowledgeable in all aspects of website design from concept to development and be confident in their abilities to bring my vision to life. This project requires someone with a creative mindset who also has excellent attention to detail. I am open to suggestions and guidance from the freelancer, but ultimately the store needs to meet my exact specifications.
