I need a shopify developer

I have a domain and I have a shopify account. I need someone to develop a simple catalog of products or a template that I can enter products in and marry it to my domain. Probably some help with a shopping cart might be needed as well. I am an IT professional but more on the hardware side, web developing not so much :) This is for startup business, so funds are limited.
