I need a partner to develop an innovative idea envolving psychology and tecnology

I studying PHD in personality avaluation in on of the best universitys in Brasil. I created a very importante personality test, and I need transform that in a software html. The idea is avaluate the professional profile the people who are applying to a new job. The companies will pay to use that software. I don't have money today, but I know that Idea is great. I need some person who beliave on that proect.
This personality test could measure the personality through 45 items that describe the way the people usually behavior. After finishing the test, the person showl rave their resuld, and the company will receive the resrult of the candidate as well.
