I need a homepage with a form
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a homepage, where there is a home page, where is briefly explained that the people there can do.
You should be able to register and then you will be guided by a form. Where you explain step by step what data / documents are required.
I would also like to have a small question mark next to the term, where the user can see briefly what the term means and what I need.
Documents must also be uploaded in the form, the user should also see which documents he has uploaded at any time and have the option to remove them again.
These documents must then be stored in a folder named as the user registered, i.e. the user name.
At the end of the form you are asked to pay an amount X which results from the information entered by the user.
This sum must then be passed on to Klarna or Paypal.
Is it possible after the step that an invoice is created here after the payment, which the user and I get by mail?
After successful payment, an e-mail should be sent to me with a link where I can retrieve the data.
The user should be able to view the data he has entered and uploaded at any time, even after filling it in.
I wrote the whole page down in a PowerPoint presentation.
I just don’t know in which design the homepage should be created, here important tax documents are uploaded, so it should be accordingly.
