I need help with my new Online shopping website development!

I wish to build my own online shopping business covering all India.
I had purchased a web hosting, website(cartclues.com), registered, verified and integrated top payment gateway (ccavenue)... I wish to keep it simple as it is looking now.

You have to bring all thier categories and products to my website.
I dont know is it possible, if anyone here can help me out what i have planned that would be great.
Again,, i want all their categories and products listed to my website (Title, Images, *Price will be 10% more on my webstore than meeshu)
Need someone for a long going, like everyday new listed products on meeshu must be listed on my webstore.
I have backoffice staff who will advertise our products,
By this we will have new customers on our brand, we will get orders CartClues shall earn 10% on every orders recieved, and orders will be fulfilled to customers by meeshu by our backend team, customer support is giver by us to our customers.
I want this work completed as soon as possible, professionally, at the best!
