I need a front-end devoloper to build a new website

I need someone good in front-end filed with a lot of experience to build a new website for a small company. In this website, I need around 3 pages (Could be less) to let the client know about the company. It must be responsive and creative. The main page (Home page) contain navbar, picture/video, about us, slider/showcase, contact us, and footer, etc.
