I need experienced Web developer/Website designer who can create nice interactive website for weekly/monthly project progress.

I am looking for expert or experienced web developer or website creator/designer for creating nice designed website to write my weekly/monthly project progress reports in that website on weekly or monthly basis. Someone who is expert in using WIX or Weebly will be most welcome. I don't want to make complicated website but something in which anybody can type in that website, can upload images and video, etc. Most importantly i don't want to use any coding for that.
