I need an excel expert
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
You are a Programs Manager in a training institute that provides professional courses on different subjects. You recently have been in discussions about a long-term (5 year) collaboration with a company that is interested in partnering with your institute to fulfill all of their employees’ training needs.
The company is a huge regional conglomerate, and has many subsidiaries across the Kingdom. The challenge you have now is to first understand the training needs of their employees and then present an initial plan that would make the company confident in your ability to meet their training needs.
Discussions have been going for around 3 weeks now, and you are close to locking the deal. But before the company signs the agreement, they asked you to present a detailed training plan with all associated direct training costs so they can have a clear picture on how this engagement will unfold.
Suggested courses based on your basic analysis of the employees data provided by the company.
Suggestions should take into consideration all employee data such as position/field, department, location, the subsidiary and/or manager of the employee.*
Suggestions should be based on common sense and general knowledge. You may include the logic behind suggested courses in the ppt (e.g. it is common sense that an Accountant would take a course in Financial Management).
Also keep in mind that as per the company’s policy, employees are eligible for training if they meet the below criteria:
Have been in the company for at least 6 months.
Will be working in the company for at least 1 year after the training.
Training plan and timeline for the coming 5 years.
The timeline should be based on your allocation of the resources you have (coordinators, trainers, venues...etc.)*
Each coordinator can hold one course at a time and the same applies to venues and trainers.
Detailed financial proposal based on the employees’ data and your suggested training plan.
