I need a designer for long term

You need to be good in
1, making graphic stuffs, like simple logo, banner, image edit.
2, Also you need to have some HTML5 bootstrap, css experience.

My work type is simple small website only. we have our CMS you just need to manage some graphic stuffs and html to update or some time fix.

I need only individuals full time freelancer.
so no company and no part time.
only IST time zone.
