Hey folks! I have a project that I need to complete ASAP and hopefully you can help!
The project is an 9 x 12 mailing postcard that will have ads on it to promote all sorts of local businesses.
For a demo of a similar style you can see attached images, but I am looking to make a portrait layout instead of landscape and I am adding a header area to help make it more effective.
All I need right now is to help me to create the template for the front and the back sides.

I have a PSD of that basic template, but I am looking to adapt it with my requests.
I have made detailed and notes for exactly what I would like.
