I need to create a QUIZ Funnel
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I have an assessment, a list of questions that I use for my clients. It's currently in PDF format, but I'd like to turn it into an online version, a Quiz Funnel that calculates the user's score and can offer recommendations based on that score.
I need to be able to easily host this on my website.

I'd like to use the same platform.
I would like to make sure that at the end of the quiz I can get the person's contacts and send them the results via email or WhatsApp.
I would love to find someone who enjoys helping find new clients for a business (this would be an interesting project for such a person).
