I need to build a Text-Based Blog-like 20-page Website
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Hello, everyone!
This will literally be a blog which has 20 pages dedicated to specific people. Essentially, I'll be telling the stories of those 20 people, my friends.
For right now, we just need those pages to be designed to look like the header in the below link, but with a different cover page and pictures of each of the friends. The only text will be in one of the pages, but I need to have the ability to control the entire site once you set it up.
None of the buttons, just the area for the bio/story/obituary in the link below will be needed:

Also, a pop-out right-sided side-pane with integrated Facebook social media comments should be allowed. We need to pull as much information as possible from these social media accounts (if possible, email/contact info/names/locations/etc.)
