need bigcommerce expert developer

I am looking for an expert developer for my Bigcommerce website. The project requires the following features and functionality:
- Custom theme development / the theme is ready need only some edits and apply some functions

- some of the functions is to edit home page with custom requirement

- quick view of products

- multi quantity design only

implement some edit in cart page

I already have a design ready, so a custom design and user experience is not needed.


Skills and experience required for the job:
- Strong expertise in Bigcommerce development
- Experience in custom theme development
- Proficiency in web design ( so if you don't have a skills in design please let me know)
- jQuery experience is needed
