I need a Squarespace specialist who is an expert on newsletters

While I’m able to duplicate and add drafts with the article's title, photo and body, when I try to create the email template and link it with the email campaign, the original draft does not follow—drafts appear but they aren’t the same. Is this is an easy fix?

I’d like to add the blogposts to the website and wonder how simple that would be, as well as adding an automatic email welcoming new subscribers.
