I need a Shopify Website Designer

Hello! I am looking to create a website for our business by creating custom T-shirts, Shirts, Long sleeves, hoodies etc.. I need a website built that is able to have design center where a customer a can create their own design to put on a shirt and then have us print the shirts. We also need a place on the website for the customers to send us messages to us to create a design and go back and forth with the customer to create their vision, like a message center. We would also have a few t shirt designs that would be up for sale already to go.
