I am looking for a professional to create a Question Answering website for me. The website will primarily be answering Frequently asked questions. I would like to use human experts to answer the questions. For user interaction on the website, I would like to have user registration and login capabilities. Users will be able to register and submit questions anonymously, as well as vote on the best answers. Ideal skills for this project include expertise in web development, website design, and user experience design.
