I am in need of a Customer Support Agent from Pakistan who can provide basic support to our customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in both phone and email and chat support. The degree of flexibility needed can be discussed further. It will be a plus if have some knowledge about web design, HTML, email marketing and graphic design.
