meraki Captive Portal

I need Meraki Splash Pages.
when the customer connect to wifi the pop up splash pages is going to show before connecting wifi
this is what i need i need captive splash pages

note: i have no idea about how to connect your splash pages to the meraki

skill needed
1. he know meraki
2. he know how to make captive pages according to our design requirement
