I’m looking for a website builder -- 2

I have a new salon and want to build a simple website. The site should be able to host past career achievements including my professional bio, client testimonials and what the salon currently offers. I’m working with a graphic artist who has come up with business cards but is unable to launch a website. I’d like it to link to my instagram and other future social media platforms. I have secured a domain name, I just need an expert to put it all together.
