looking to build a shopify website.

I am looking to build a Shopify website and am equipped with the necessary content and design assets. I have given thoughtful consideration to the look, feel, logo and design of the website, and have already gathered the necessary material for it. However, I have yet to decide on an eCommerce platform as my existing one is not suitable. I am open to any suggestions as to which would be the best platform for my project.
