Training Requirements for the Website
(E-Learning platform Proposal)
Functions Required:
A) Material
1) Educational videos to be uploaded; a function that shows that the trainee is done watching the
video

2) Interactive videos, where questions pop up and trainees answer on-the-spot and then it shows
whether the answer is correct or not and gives a final score:

3) Games, can be done individually or in teams

B) Assignments:
1) Sending and Delivering assignments (allowing for links, voice recordings, screenshots, pics, etc.)
2) Setting deadlines
3) Alarms to remind the trainees of the due time to send the assignments
4) Flag/Alarm notification to be sent to the trainer if the assignments are not submitted on time
3 consecutive notifications lead to a notification to the training management (escalation)
4 non-consecutive notifications lead to a notification to the training management
5 notifications lead to a notification to training and HR
C) Virtual Progress Charts
1) Allowing for language comments to be added
2) Designed using the colored zones (GREEN, YELLOW, RED)
3) Automatically shows animated “Congrats/Great Job/Wow!/You did it!, etc.) once a trainee
reaches a specific number of points
4) Allowing for adjusting points/targets (as in ClassDojo)
5) Allowing for adding/removing areas of focus
6) Giving variable adjustable weight for each POF (For example: +5 for self-correction, +2 for
teamwork)
D) Absenteeism &Adherence
Sends notifications to training management once absenteeism balance reaches 8% of total
hours
Sends notifications to training and HR once absenteeism balance reaches 10% of total training
hours
Allows for adjusting settings of training hours &balance
