I just need my Roku Express set up to play an MP4 file and instructions to load more files.

I am looking for someone to show me how to set up my Roku Express to play an MP4 file in a loop as a window display. I have made the file but am lost thereafter. I tried InstantTV and the Roku videos but got confused by them.
