Design raw HTML approximately 40 screens which I've designed u, sing an image editor. These images must be converted to HTML screens.
The preferred HTML development is to use the provided CSS to complete the screen designs. No further CSS development is required. Screens must render correctly on PC, iPhone and Tablet.
The preferred developer will need to advise the cost per screen. They will be charging to complete the work.
Hints will be shown on hover of an element, such as text or a widget if the database is set up to show a hint on a particular widget. All elements need to accommodate for a hint to be displayed on hobbit.

Raw HTML to be used only with the basic tags utilized ONLY. Tags such as

All HTML is to be written by hand, and not with the use of a third-party tool. This is to limit the amount of redundant HTML tags which may be incorporated via third-party tool.
All code must be uploaded to a development service that I will be testing the code on. Payments will be released after the code has been tested.
The alignment of the text and the widgets should visually look appealing. Given the screen designs are rough, only they are only to be used as a guide to assist in the positioning of each element.
