help with elements on existing wix website

I am looking for someone who can help me with my WIX website. I have a little bit of experience in using WIX but with this website of my own company I need some help. First of all most of the website is completed so I am not looking for someone who will build me a website from scratch.
First, I am looking for someone who can go over my website and correct some mistakes. (for instance I can’t seem to make the VAT to add itself to my product
Second, I am in need of someone who can solve me two problems.
The first problem that I have not been able to implement is: I would like users who stumble on our software and want to buy it online directly from us to fill in custom made form BEFORE they can proceed to the checkout (as to gather some data from them)
The second problem I have is: we are selling our software through delegations throughout spain. I need a solution where once the delegation has sold the software to the customer, after payment is made, the customer will get a special generated code in their email where they then can go to the website fill in the code and they can download the software from the website. This page needs to be created and be secure. If there is a way to personalize the code generator that would even be more perfect but is not essential. As well once the code has bene used by the specific user the code becomes invalid (so it can not be used twice or by other users)
