I have this website and it has lots of user and has become slow -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
From My findings adding the below is what it needs now
1. add more caching layers like memcached or redis
2. separating the http server from the Database server and also load balancing...
If you can do the above, let me know the time frame
