On-going technical help with website

I am in the process of developing a lifestyle blog/website. The basic website has been built with WordPress and Genesis theme using SiteOrigin. My website is not live at the moment, and I'm looking for someone to work with on an ad-hoc ongoing basis. Why? Because my skills are NOT technical and I cannot spend weeks trying to figure out a simple technical problem. Also, I will need design input, SEO assistance and other.
