Get job at FANG company.

I need help getting job at FANG (Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, Google, Microsoft) . I need to talk to some one who already works at one of the FANG companies and coach me how to get a job in the company. I know I have to get more skilled at data structures and algorithm and brush up other skills. But I am looking for more guidance from the inside. if possible. You must work at one of the those companies and provided me information that I can not get from countless youtube videos other there on this topic.
