A front end and backend website with database system.

I am looking for a skilled web developer to create a front end and backend website with a database system. The website will be an e-commerce platform with the following functionalities:
- User registration and login: Users should be able to create accounts and log in to access personalized features.
- Product listing and checkout: The website should have a system for listing products and allowing users to add them to a cart and proceed to checkout.
- Blog and contact form: The website should include a blog section where I can share updates and news, as well as a contact form for users to reach out to me.
As for the design and layout, I am open to suggestions. I do not have specific designs in mind but I have some ideas. I am looking for a developer who can provide creative input and design a visually appealing website.
Ideal skills and experience for this project:
- Proficiency in front end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back end development using a language like PHP or Python.
- Knowledge of database systems and experience in integrating them into websites.
