VA for Developers
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking to hire VAs who can work with developers. You MUST understand one of the areas of expertise listed below.
Only Native level writers: we'll test your English.

Tons of discipline. Our company offers VA services for Software Agencies. Our job consists of: replying to messages, posts, emails for them.
That is why it is crucial to have a general understanding of what Coding is. If someone is talking about some script that is not deploying, you must understand the text, but you don't need to code.
We have developed a system to do it, and we teach our employees what to do, how to do it, and when.
We require knowledge of:
PHP
React Native
And in general: Front End and back end development.
This is the only prerequisite we are looking for with the English language.
Personal Abilities
1. You need to be the type of person who gets joy out of getting things done. Every day, you will bang out a list of stuff. Fun stuff. Important stuff. Necessary stuff. It needs to get done.
2. You will be on the computer for 2/3 h a day. But you need to be focused 100% for that time.
3. You need to be a person who loves to deliver remarkable experiences to other people.
4. You need to nail down the details. There is no need to race through work and get things done half-assed (we figured that one out ourselves). We need you to slow things down and get them done right.
5. We want you to be meticulous in your work. That is cool if you are shy or quiet (which sounds perfect for us). We are not looking for the life of the party...in fact, quite the opposite. We are looking for a good, fun person who gets shit done.
To achieve that, you must follow systems and processes.
