UX for BigCommerce to add product specific shipping options

We want to basically have the same feature that is offered now in Shopify and which we are using now. We are however moving our websites to one platform,Bigcommerce
We are setting up a new Bigcommerce ecommerce website. We want to be able to choose product specific shipping methods and calculation. An example is that we offer calculated shipping up to $65.00 for small items but we have some large items that cannot always be shipped by flat rate inexpensively and often, these specific products need to use calculated shipping.
