food recipe web application

I'm looking to build a food recipe web application that meets my exact specifications. The web application must include features like recipe search and filter, user registration and login, and a chiefs module. I have an idea for the design style in mind that I want the web application to follow. Specifically, I would like the web application to have a modern and minimalist look. Lastly, I do not have a database of recipes that can be used for the web application. This means that the freelancer taking on this project will need to source recipes for the web application.
