fivem server

I'm looking for a developer to help me create the most realistic and serious fivem server out there. For example, peds that drive real cars like Toyota, Dodge, Lexus, etc. Realistic cars that can be purchased in the dealership for realistic prices. Ex, Dodge Charger Hellcat for $85,000. Much more too, but I will provide more details when we can get in touch. (Also for inspiration, Look at Astro Roleplay. I pretty much want my server just like that but we'll make it better)
