fair lottery

it is a startup idea I want to implement.
users will attend a lottery and the winner(s) take all the jackpot, and the website gets a percentage (5%).
the website should have the following:
+secure authentication (login, forget the password, google login, email verification)
+few static pages (about, home, legal, contact us)
+lottery page ( users can see how many people attended, total jackpot price, time of the lottery, and results of previous lotteries) it should have one click "attend" and when they click the amount (let's say $1) deducted from their wallet if they win the total amount goes to their wallet.
+account page (their info)
+wallet (the fees to attend the lottery will be deducted and paid to the site wallet)
+crypto payment and withdrawal to their crypto wallets
+some marketing tools to track affiliates.

design is also a key factor.
we can discuss the technology to build. I prefer something scalable and secure
you may suggest other pages needed.

I would provide documents for payment gateways
domain and host.
legal requirements.

i might need the following in phase 2:
+support
+mobile app
+other simple gambling games

20% of the payment will be paid after everything works fine and we have 100 rounds of lottery.
