edit on traveling website

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with making edits to my traveling website. The edits I am looking for are design edits, and I have specific changes in mind. I am flexible with the timeline and so the freelancer helping me doesn't have to worry about completing the project within any particular deadline.
My website mainly focuses on travel advice and tips, however I would like to completely freshen up the look and feel of the website. I am looking for an experienced designer to help me make my website look more modern and polished.I need the website matches with mobile layout. I already have all of the design changes I want to make in mind, so the freelancer will just need to execute those changes. If need be, I am also willing to consider recommendations for other ways to give my site a fresh look.
