An ecommerce platform based on Wordpress and Woo commerce

I am starting a new dropship business as a one man band at present, need someone to put together the chosen platform mention above. Having done the research I know this is a basic project, I just need someone who can put something together quickly and has experience on working on easy platforms like Shopify, Woo Commerce,Sqaure one, Wix etc. Again it is meant to be fairly straight forward but I am not technical. I want someone that will collaborate with me (based on my requirements) to get a good website up and running withing my budget.
