We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to help manage our eCommerce store, design product pages using a drag-and-drop builder, create supplement labels for Suppliful, and assist with AI-driven video creation and marketing. The ideal candidate should have experience in eCommerce, design tools, and AI marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Management:
Manage and update product listings on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce stores.
Optimize product pages for SEO and conversions.
Process orders, track inventory, and handle basic customer inquiries.
Page Design & Branding:
Use drag-and-drop builders (like Shopify Page Builder, GemPages, Elementor, etc.) to design engaging product pages.
Create visually appealing layouts that align with our brand.
Supplement Label Design (Suppliful):
Design high-quality supplement labels using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Ensure compliance with supplement industry regulations.
Work with suppliers to get print-ready designs.
AI Video Creation & Marketing:
Use AI tools (like Runway ML, Pika Labs, Synthesia, or Canva AI) to create promotional videos.
Edit and refine AI-generated videos for marketing campaigns.
Develop content for social media and ads using AI copywriting tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.).
