UI developer to build front end website with one video header and to work with existing development team

The existing team will be providing middle and back-end development and this project is to provide front end UI. The website is informational and will have a user portal.

Existing development team located in Hong Kong and speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.

 Website content provided
 Logo provided
 Max 5 images included
 Max 5 video included with one being a video header
 Adaptive site or responsive website adaptable for tablets and mobile access
 Design sensitive to accessibility for color blindness and visual impairment
 Ability to be multi-language (English, Spanish, Russian, and Chinese)
 Webpage “Look and Feel” designed
o Font to be Raleway or similar
o Modern, sleek, minimalistic, easy to read, and with futuristic graphics
o Easy to navigate and use with a focus on the content versus images
o 100% original design for all future website and mobile app development
o Cannot use existing templates created by web development applications
o 3 design mockups provided for selection/adjusting – must demonstrate look & feel to refine selected design and obtain sign-off
 Email capabilities enabled
 User Portal access and forms
 Contact Us – form to collect information sent to an email address
