develope calendar using drupal

I'm looking for someone who can help us develop a website using drupal that offers an appointment booking service for consultation hours.
It should provide full control to the company offering the consultation hours, such that:
They can set the available times in the calendar.
This way, the available slots will be displayed to users, allowing them to book an appointment.
If someone books an appointment, they must register their details so we know who the person is requesting the consultation hour and which company or government agency they are coming from.
The second point:
If someone books a specific time slot, that time becomes unavailable for others to book.
Additionally, within the admin panel, there will be a page that displays the names and details of the people who booked appointments, and we can add notes or even the meeting minutes.
