develop web site in bootstarp

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a a small website for me using Bootstrap studio. I have built 3 pages, but it is not mobile friendly and would like the freelancer to work with it and make it more creative also ONLY using bootstrap studio too.

Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in web development using Bootstrap
- Experience in designing and developing websites
