develop sales system for residential construction company

We are needing basically the entire set up. We have company information and promotional documents. We have looked at google tables because it is part of our workspace. We are open to other ideas. We have projects coming up where we are going to have to bid and meet with approximately 100 homeowner's and need a system to track it and automate the process.
