Re-develop existing website. Keep same design.

Website currently exists but is getting old and getting errors. I will retire in 2 years, so don't want to invest a lot in a fancy re-design. I lik the current website and want to keep the branding. I will delete some of the pages, and update others, but can't think of any additions. Need new website hosting. Rather than fixing current website, seems like re-programming it makes more sense.
