To develop a Custom web CRM application & hybrid mobile app

Product Deliverables:
• CRM web application
• User hybrid mobile app (Flutter) for shoppers
• Web based admin console to manage app users.
• Shopify website
• API integration of web based admin console with POS & Shopify website.
• The CRM web application will need to integrate with POS system (edgeworks solutions) and e-commerce store (shopify) to consolidated the members' purchase history for our staff easy reference when serving our customers.
• Application will also need to be able to cater to loyalty reward program and offer flash coupons and discounts for members.
• customers can purchase also make purchase from the app and select if they prefer to collect products or have it delivered to them via the app.
• membership will be categorized by tiers based on total spending.
• admin panel to manage view consolidated sales data of customers, members and mobile ecommerce
• User website shall be based on Shopify
