UI designer - Real Estate Marketplace
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need front-end design for a web-based commercial real estate marketplace/exchange. The front end needs to focus on buyers and sellers of real estate. Buyers need to be able to search for properties by type, geography, price, and other criteria. There is a Mapbox integration that displays the location. From a buyer's perspective, the exchange is similar to Loopnet.com, crexi.com, and airbnb.com.
We must drive sellers to the platform and capture their contact information and property data. I.E. This needs to be easy to use and we must deliver the appropriate message to buyers and sellers.
Buyers and sellers also have a profile/portal that displays activity. Buyers view their liked properties and properties they've requested more information about. They also can track a deal once it's under contract.
Sellers can see how many buyers have requested or liked their properties. They can also track deal flow. Additionally, they can view a P&L of their property.
I have the backend built. The front end exists, but it really needs some fine-tuning and conceptualization. Again, the focus is to drive sales and make the website user-friendly and direct.
