Ui ux design for a internal resource management site -- 2

We have the framework design. Need the further UI/UX design based on it. The future implementation is by flutter, so one needs to design the ui/ux based on the flutter widget.
The payment will be released along with preset milestones. But since we are using the agile dev process, we respect the potential extra work you have performed due to the nature of the approach.
We place a high value on the communication process for the project. But we also appreciate that you have a different opinion on things, and you can speak your mind.
