Re-design of a Clinic website. With Speed Speed Speed and Speed in mind.

We are looking for a nice re-design of our clinic website in nice and bright colors.
Its for a website in Norway. It has to be able to be further built on
in the future.
Capabilities and a priority list of how to build the site.
1. Use a fast loading and most lightweight wordpress themes available.The best one. Speed, Speed, Speed. If it's not fast, no use to re-design anything. You will have to build the site with speed in mind every step of the way, test and retest speed as you build it in a
Lightweight WordPress Theme. Every image, every link, everything has to be so
it does not slow down the website.
Site has to deliver 100 out of 100 in score on Google page speed on mobile and desktop and on gtmetrix.
2. Re - design with a brand new logo and website that inspires trust. The site has to look
professional and inspire trust all the way. Look for example at: mayoclinic
3. Think Mobile-First. 80% of our patients use mobile. It has to be responsive design.
Mobile website has to be easy to use and navigate inn and userfriendly.
4. We do not need to build in any registration systems, the site does not keep information on patients.
5. Nitropack is a must on desktop version of site. We already have it on the current page. Giving us 87% on mobile and 99% on desktop, but google. But we think AMP plugin for wordpress om mobile may make the
mobile page faster. Has to be tested.
6. You have to optimize images with lazy loading and serving images in the new WebP format.
7. Optimized database.
8. Enable GZIP Compression
9. Minify CSS, HTML & JS Files
10. Clean-Up the Database before delivery.
11. Eliminate anything that is not essential
12. we need more built inn stuff and less plugins then today, at no loss of functionality.
13. Limit wordpress widgets.
14. Delete post revisons as it ads bloat to website cozing it to slow down and ads crap to wordpress
dataabse.
15. disable trackbacks and pingbacks.
16. Minify the code.
17. Minimize http requests.
18. Eliminate Unnecessary Redirects
16. Eliminate current spam comments, and stop all further posting by non others then admins.
17. Limit Google Web Fonts. Use only fonts we need, and not 3,4,5 different.
18. Use CSS Sprites
19 .You have to create a digital experience and strategies, optimized for our unique needs in the psychiatry industry. The clinic offers video consultations, phone consultations and location-based services in Norway. You in your making of the website have to create a compelling user experience withinn the limits of WordPress.
20. Design, logo and images used has to be flawless and professional. You will have to spend time on it.
21. implement AI chat in norwegian if possible so when we are offline our customers can interact with a chatboot, and get leads for us.
22. The site has to also have all current functions like in example news/article section that the current website has.
