creating a website

looking for someone who can design a school website (random) with the following specs.
• A webpage and an admin page
• Navigation bar with working hamburger menu
• The website needs to consist images, icons, redirections and a footer
• The whole website must be responsive
• You should be able to do the CRUD operations and display the result on the website.
• On top of that, connect to a database like MySQL or use a NoSQL database like json-server.
• Use AJAX to send requests
