create a editable pdf from an existing pdf then fill the form

I'm looking for a developer who can assist with the interactive components of my .NET aspx web application.
There is a pdf agreement form .it has been created from aspx page. this pdf has to be made editable.
secondly create a program/api to fill the form from database procedure.
procedure will be provided for data fill
free tool to be used for filling editable pdf. after filling the pdf . pdf to be saved at designated location
some tools like itextsharp
docfly etc or any other tool can be used for the purpose
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with me to enhance the interactivity of the frontend
- correct design of a webpage , that webpage should be correctly convert to pdf . alignment of pages etc
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in .NET aspx
- Strong understanding of frontend development
- Experience with creating interactive components
- Good communication skills for collaboration
Please note, this role does not involve any work on UI/UX design or responsive layout, however a general understanding of these areas would be beneficial.
